Oh what a un and wonderful series this is. I managed to binge it in one sitting. I am not much of a romcom girl unless its shonen ai or yaoi but this si something I had to check out as our main female Serinuma is fugoshi just like myself. I’ve watched anime for years and I’ve never had such a relatable female protagonist.
This series was really finny and new fugoshi culture well, I loved the shipping war ep because its something I’ve done. Also I watch a lot of otome game anime even though I hate the female leads just so I can ship the pretty boys in them. What great about this is how liakble the boys are especially the more you get to knoe them. I have to admit I am Mustumi/Serinuma all the way but also happily ship Shima/Serinuma ans Mutsumi/Shinomiya.
I love all the fangirl references, the likable and sweet characters and just the humour and warmth of the series. I hope they do another series as this is so much fun to watch and so good to see female characters I can actually relate to!
