Anime spotlight - Idolish 7
Oh guilty pleasure of mine is this anime but I have to admit that of the various idol boy bands this actually has the most plot and character development of them.
The plot is simple Tsumugi Takanashi, is an inexperienced manager for a new idol group under her father's small agency. The idol group is named "IDOLiSH7," and consists of seven male singers, each with their own unique personality and background. She must train and turn all of them into the famous idols, all the while struggling against the hardships of the entertainment industry.
But got to admit that this series is really likeable and they actually deal with some heavier themes and the stress involved in being an Idol. Its based off a game I would love to own. It has hardship and angst and compelling relationships.
And yes its very easy to ship with the Mezzo pairing being my fav!
